Independent Verification for HDR Brachytherapy

The program calculates the dose for points and sources specified for Elekta Ir-192 radioactive source for HDR brachytherapy using the TG43 dose calculation formalism. Microselectron or Flexitron source models can be selected. Due to HIPAA, the patient name is not transmitted over the server, but is entered on the final page for printing purposes after the form submission and calculation is complete.

Enter the dose points as rows $(x,y,z,D)$

Enter sources as rows $(\text{channel},x,y,z, t)$.

Units are mm for distance, cGy for dose, seconds for time, and commas are not needed. if there are extra columns, specify the columns that contain the relevant data with 1st column as "0".

Default columns 0 1 2 3 for points and 0 1 2 3 4 for sources. Please use the drop down for Oncentra formats to populate the correct column indices automatically. Please make sure that there are no spaces in labels to avoid being interpreted as extra columns.
