Isodose Lines Plotter for HDR


The program calculates isodose lines in the xy, yz, and xz planes at specified plane using TG43 source model for Elekta Microselectron HDR Ir-192 sources.

Example:

for sources at (0,-10,0), (0,0,0), and (0,10,0) in units of mm with dwell times 9.3 seconds, 4.5 seconds, and 9.3 seconds. The 1st column is the catheter number. The isodose lines are plotted in the x-y plane, but if you want to display other planes, you can rotate the sources about an arbitrary axis specified by the (ux,uy,uz) unit axis vector and the rotation angle in degrees. Normalization is done with respect to the original coordinates system.
